As we all know we are in the final days, days of distress and turmoil. But also days of joy to those who prepare for the inevitable coming of the Savior. Recently I've been studying the New Testament, and I read about what Christ told his disciples concerning the second coming. One verse stuck out to me more than any others, and I quote it now:
Mark 13
37And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.
A simple and concise yet very powerful statement describing what the Savior askes of us. We all need to continually prepare both physically and spiritually. Read the scriptures, food storage, listen to the prophet, workout, to name a few. Let us all strive to be better prepared.

Another Favorite Scripture
10For do I now apersuade men, or God? or do I seek to bplease men? for if I yet cpleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
P.S. As a reminder I'm still waiting on stories about angels (refer to blog entry angels in November). You can still email them to john.woodworth@myldsmail.net
